DLA-1
Drone Initiator
Drone initiator DLA-1 is designed to initiate electric detonators on command from drone autopilot. The initiator is connected the drone autopilot using MAVLink or/and UAVCAN communication protocols. The autopilot sends commands to arm, fire or disarm the initiator. The initiator reports its status periodically to the autopilot.
DLA-1 includes all necessary safety features to avoid unintentional initiation when connecting the detonators and setting up the drone for flight. DLA-1 power is supplied from the drone autopilot, so no additional power source is needed.
DLA-1 has self-destruct features to avoid the drone being captured by enemy forces or causing a threat to civilians in case of drone malfunction. The self-destruct functions are only active when the initiator is armed.
