Customers can use blasting machines to clear difficult areas in preparation for the construction, and the area can be monitored for metal or possible radiation. Prior to the work, the area can be checked for soil particle density and groundwater level, and the area or length of the site can be determined.

During construction and for later quality control Englo offers high performance devices to measure ground elastic modulus, maximum deformation, compaction factor and elastic deflection, and to determine surface unevenness, including average angle of inclination and slope, the rut and hole depth and International Roughness Index (IRI).
